Work Force Management (WFM) Specialist
As a WFM Specialist at Consulytic you play a crucial role in planning, scheduling, forecasting and capacity planning for our customers. You use historical data to predict the expected workload for the coming period and convert this into effective capacity planning. You manage the data from the capacity plan and translate this into periodic schedules in which the staffing is tailored to the amount of work. You continuously monitor and report on developments within the WFM process and also look for solutions to improve it. Consulytic will support you in the form of training and coaching to further develop in this role. You will be included in a team of WFM people with whom you will jointly develop solutions for the customer
