Consulytic N.V. offers a wide range of services, including business intelligence, data analytics, data engineering, data science, data architecture, project management, and consulting. We support organizations in transforming data into valuable insights for better-informed decision-making. Our clients are located in both Suriname and the Netherlands.

 

Our team in Paramaribo consists of driven and well-educated young professionals who passionately work on various challenging projects. Data is at the core of everything we do, and to effectively analyze, visualize, and present it, we use powerful tools such as SQL and Microsoft Power BI.

 

To maintain control over our various projects, we have developed our own Agile project management system, in which all projects are recorded and monitored. To make optimal use of this system, we are looking for a new colleague:

 

As a Project Analyst, you play a crucial supporting role. You are responsible for analyzing and managing the progress of projects within Consulytic, ensuring smooth operations through your administrative and analytical expertise. Your contributions directly impact the operational efficiency and success of our projects. You will report directly to our Manager Operations.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Manager Operations: Assisting in setting up project teams, monitoring progress, and identifying bottlenecks;
Project Support: Keeping project documentation up to date and coordinating all tasks and processes—you are the central hub in project management;
Project Monitoring & Reporting: Using tools such as Azure DevOps and Power BI to analyze progress, milestones, and KPIs. You will create reports and dashboards to provide insights and regularly update stakeholders on project performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO/WO);
Experience in project management, preferably in the ICT sector;
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present complex data;
Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;
