About this role

Are you passionate about data and people? Do you love analyzing and solving puzzles with systems? Do you enjoy diving into code one moment, extracting insights the next, and then brainstorming with a client about their real challenges? Then this might just be your dream job!

At Consulytic, we’re looking for a Data Specialist who wants to grow at the intersection of data analysis and data engineering. You’ll help organizations work smarter by getting the right data to the right place—and turning it into something valuable.

What will you do?

Collect and connect data from various sources (databases, Excel, APIs, etc.);
Transform raw data into clear, usable structures (ETL/ELT);
Analyze trends and patterns to provide meaningful insights;
Build dashboards and reports (e.g. in Power BI);
Collaborate with clients to understand their real questions;
Work alongside other analysts, engineers, and consultants.

What do you bring?

A completed bachelor’s or master’s degree (or you're in the final phase);
Some experience with SQL, Excel, and/or Power BI;
A curious, analytical, and technically inclined mindset;
A proactive, independent, and solution-focused approach;
Confidence in asking questions, taking initiative, and learning quickly;
Bonus: knowledge of Python or data warehousing (not required);
Strong communication skills—with both colleagues and clients.
