26 Aug Staatsolie – Culture Survey
Last year, a “Culture Change Program” was implemented within Staatsolie in which a large group of employees participated. At the end of this program, Consulytic, assigned by Staatsolie, carried out a Culture Survey to measure how the employees of Staatsolie experience the working culture.
The final report contains the analysis of the main results of the survey. In addition to this report, the results were visualized through a dashboard that was made accessible to the management of Staatsolie.
