For NV Samenwonen, a modern parcelling project located in Commewijne, Consulytic has developed a dashboard that gives an overview of the (status) different parcels.
This dashboard contains information such as the surface area of the lots and whether the lots are sold, for sale or reserved. If lots are sold, information about the owner and the maintenance of the lot is also available.
The dashboard uses an interactive map that provides information quickly and efficiently, without having to press too many buttons, according to one of the project developers.
The dashboard is used for various purposes, such as:
- Presentations for customers
- Tracking income/outgo trends
- Long and short term planning
